Wilcox High Velocity is proud to announce that we have the capability to perform Plasma Transferred Arc Welding services for large or small projects. We work with many industries, including the mining industry, from our Edmonton branch.
We are using an advanced computer integrated lathe and PTA system, that can weld complicated, unusual or offset shapes. such as Stabilizers. Our current capacities allow for up to 10′ in length and OD sizes up to 35″ diameter. There are several very effective types of material compositions available that can be used to protect against produced water environments in rotational equipment / pumps, and materials that are very effective in Hard-Banding applications.
